1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the hosting service provided under the gg hosting brand. By purchasing and using the service, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms in full.
2. Service Description
gg hosting is an integrated hosting service that offers unlimited resources for files and media, along with optimal performance for websites. With a single plan, the customer can host multiple projects, ensuring high availability and scalability without needing to purchase additional servers. The service is billed monthly at 45 dollars.
3. Use of the Service
The customer will receive a license to activate the service. With that license, the customer will access a personal dashboard where Google Analytics and Vercel data, such as deployment status and firewall information, are integrated to monitor site performance. These integrations are handled manually, and the platform does not guarantee immediate updates to the information.
4. Registration and Security
The customer must complete the registration process using the license key received in their confirmation email, along with the name of their workspace. All information provided will be used to configure and administer the service. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for immediately reporting any unauthorized use.
5. Payment and Billing
The service is billed monthly at 45 dollars. Payments are processed through the Lemon Squeezy platform, and the customer is responsible for keeping their payment method up to date. In the event of non-payment, the right is reserved to suspend the service until the account is brought up to date.
6. Service Modifications
The right is reserved to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without prior notice. Any substantial change to these terms will be communicated to customers in a timely manner.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the service, the platform, and the displayed content belong to the provider of gg hosting. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of the service without express authorization is prohibited.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the corresponding jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from use of the service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
9. Acceptance of the Terms
By using gg hosting, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any future modification to these terms.
